Organisations undertaking strategic staffing reviews or implementing major change programmes quite often need some short term assistance. Steve has been involved in the planning and implementation of major staffing structure reviews, alongside HR colleagues, in a traditional housing association context, lsvt start up phase, and voluntary merger implementation phase.

Steve is available to provide short term consultancy support with voluntary merger projects, crisis management situations, or to undertake sensitive investigations requiring some independent input.  This support can also include co-opt board membership, to provide strategic and assurance oversight for a period of time.
