As an accomplished Welsh (second language) learner himself, Steve loves helping organisations to develop their bilingual service delivery, Welsh Language Schemes, and Welsh learner schemes. 

Steve has developed and reviewed Welsh Language Schemes in a number of local authority and housing association / third sector charity settings.  He has acted as the main Welsh language media spokesperson for a number of organisations he was worked for as well as undertaking ad hoc media speaking engagements on behalf of the Chartered Institute of Housing (Cymru) and Community Housing Cymru.

The Welsh Government will soon be introducing its new Welsh Language Standards for housing associations in Wales, and Steve is available to assist association’s leadership teams and training sections to review their current service delivery against the new standards.
